Is this helpful! Enough ? !!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok im a 13 year old female & I've had an IEP ever since third grade... Ok I just took a NYS ela & math exam a month ago ok & then my teachers gave us a promotional criteria paper... That criteria thing is for like if I fail the NYS i could past on with the promotional criteria :) The day that I took the NYS ela I had confidence in my self & new i was going to pass bt for the NYS math I didn't have confidence because i knew I was going to fail &* then again i'm no good in math but i tried my best That's also the same thing for the promotional criteria thing.. But for the promotional criteria there were 20 questions & my teacher said we only have to get 12 out of 20 but the kids that have an IEP the have 2 get (6) out of 20 but how is the IEP helpful? btw idk what category to place this in !
