How much should I charge a private school for a promotional video to use on their website?

People at my kids school really liked a project I produced for one of the classes. They have asked me to come up with a proposal for a video to use on their website that highlights the beauty of the school, answers questions about the style of education and brings personal experiences of the community to life in the video. Most of my research shows an average cost of $1000 per finished minute. My vision of the project is around 7 to ten minutes. I don't know what the budget is for something like this...but I doubt its $7k to $10k. Should I use a standard rate per hour for my time whether it be shooting, logging, editing, etc? I'm considering $80 per hour.
