How do I delete this file off my computer?

I was trying to download the song "Bleed red- Ronnie Dunn" using Utorrent. after it downloaded the "song" I double clicked to play it and it never plays and now I keep getting random internet pages opening up that first say "tinyurl" then redirect to random promotional websites... and I cant delete the file... HELP!
